I have used Barnett’s Heating and Cooling twice now and they have been great both times! This time, I called on a Sunday in a panic because my unit was leaking water all over my laundry room floor. They had someone out to me within two hours and had the issue fixed in about 30-45 minutes! Wonderful people and amazing service. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

I have had another company do a winter furnace inspection a couple of times. Both times I was told there was a ton of stuff wrong with my furnace – all stuff that was going to cost thousands of dollars. I didn’t believe them. This year I had Barnett Heating and Air come and inspect my furnace and they said that it was in perfect condition. Fair prices. Trustworthy. Won’t ever call anyone else.

I moved to Berea in 2019 and Barnetts was there for me start to finish when putting a new system in my home. They are always fast, friendly, and experienced. Chris was out for a minor repair today, and again did a phenomenal job! They definitely have a lifelong customer here!

This business is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had to reschedule my appointment 2 different times and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Chris, the technician, that came to my house was friendly polite and professional. This will be my go to HVAC repair. I highly recommend this business.

No complaints here. Our furnace has an intermittent problem without an obvious reason. A tech came over the day I called and gave it a once over. He was honest and said he couldn’t determine the issue unless the component causing the problem fails. I respect honesty.

Our HVAC system wasn’t working last night, so my husband and I called a bunch of companies this morning. Barnett was the first to answer the phone and set up a same-day service appointment. They arrived, found the problem, and began solving it within minutes. In less than 2 hours from my phone call to them, they had been here and done with service. So glad I called!!
